Y is for YOKE

In olden days when there were no auto- mobiles or trucks, men had oxen to pull their wagons. Jesus saw the oxen pull the plows and wagons. Two oxen pulled together with the help of a yoke around their necks. A carpenter made the yoke of wood. In His workshop Jesus must have made many yokes for oxen. Jesus said, “Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me.” He wants us to love Him and work for Him.
