F is for FIG TREE

One day Jesus was tired and hungry as He walked along the road. He saw a fig. tree with many green leaves on it. Surely there will be ripe figs on the tree! But He could not find any figs to eat. Jesus said, “Let no fruit grow on thee forever.” The fig tree soon withered and died. Jesus wants us to grow strong like a tree. We can grow the fruit of kind words, loving smile and good deeds.
