asked Jesus how to get eternal life.
Jesus told him to love his neighbor
as much as he loved himself. There were some people whom the man did not
want to love, so he asked, "Which neighbor?
- Jesus explained with this story : "A Jewish man was going to Jericho when he was attacked by robbers. They took his money and his clothes and left him on the road to die.
- A priest came along, but he did not help the man. He crossed the road. A church helper came along, but he did not help the man either. Then a man from Samaria came by. Samaritans and Jews did not get along. But, he helped the man anyway. He put bandages on the man's wounds. Then he took him to a hotel and cared for him.

a good neighbor?
Which man do you think was a good neighbor? Do you know people who are different? - How do you feel about them?
Dear God,- Help me to love all people, whether we are alike or different . Help me to serve my neighbor wherever I am. Lead me in Your service.Amen.
